At The Good Feet Store Australia, we stand behind the quality and durability of our arch supports. That’s why all Good Feet arch supports purchased online come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against:
- Breaking
- Cracking
- Splitting
This warranty covers structural defects under normal use. If your arch supports fail due to one of the above reasons, we will repair or replace them free of charge, subject to the terms below.

Structural failure of the arch support material.
Cracks, breaks, or splits that occur during normal wear and use
What’s Not Covered
Damage caused by misuse, alteration, or improper care
Normal wear and tear to covers, cushions, or accessories
Loss or theft
Cosmetic changes (e.g., scratches, discolouration)
Please note: Cushions and accessories are not covered under this warranty. These may need to be replaced over time and are available for purchase separately.
Warranty Process
If you believe your arch supports are defective under this warranty, please contact us at by filling in the form below. We may request:
Proof of purchase
Photos or a description of the defect
Return of the product for inspection
Once confirmed, we will replace the product at no cost to you.
Return shipping to The Good Feet Store is at the customer's expense. We will cover the cost to send the replacement back to you.
