Welcome to the Good Feet Australia online store. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and online store (the “Site”), and any purchase of products through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You confirm you are at least 18 years of age or, if under 18, that you have consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the Site and enter into these Terms. You further represent you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and you are not prohibited under applicable law from purchasing products from Australia.
3. Products and Orders
All descriptions of products are subject to change without notice, at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. When you place an order, an acknowledgement will be sent. This does not constitute acceptance of your order — we may accept or decline your order for any reason, including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices shown on the Site are in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is accepted. We accept payment methods listed on the Site at the time of purchase. You acknowledge and agree that we may suspend or cancel your order if payment authorisation fails or is revoked.
5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk
We will arrange delivery of your order to the address you provide. Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered, or deemed delivered. Delivery times are estimates only; we will not be liable for delays.

7. Warranty
Our arch supports are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty, along with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Details of the warranty policy are available on the Site.
8. Use of the Site & Acceptable Conduct
When using the Site you agree that you will not use the Site in any unlawful way or for any illegal purpose
post or transmit any false or misleading information, spam, or unlawful content
interfere with the operation of the Site or compromise its security

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unenforceable or unlawful under applicable law, that provision will be removed or limited to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Warranty Policy and any other policies referenced herein) constitute the entire agreement between you and Good Feet Australia in relation to your use of the Site and any purchase on the Site, and supersede all prior agreements or communications.
