30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee


If you’re not 100% happy with your arch supports, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

All items are in “as new” condition.
Products are returned in original packaging.
You include proof of purchase.
The item is unworn and in its original condition and packaging, including original tags attached.
A $25 handling fee applies to all returns; return shipping is at your expense.
Please note that postage costs are non-refundable for returns.

Exchanges



If you’d prefer to exchange your arch supports for a different style or size, we’re happy to help—just follow the same return steps above. Once we receive your original items, we’ll ship out your exchange promptly.

When will I receive a refund?

For Online Returns

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to reach our warehouse.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed as soon as possible and we will notify you by email.
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and for funds to reach your account.

Exclusions

Returns or exchanges may not be accepted if the product:

  • Shows signs of excessive wear or misuse
  • Has been modified or damaged
  • Is returned without original packaging

Note: Some initial discomfort or adjustment is normal as your body adapts to better alignment. This is not considered a fault under our policy.

If you believe your item is faulty or defective, please contact us first. You may be eligible for:
